Freefall Over Öland

For the ultimate adrenaline rush, tandem skydiving from Borglanda airfield lets you jump from 3,000 meters and freefall at 200 km/h with the entire island spread out below you. Operated by Smålands Fallskärmsklubb, this is a visiting event — the club brings their aircraft to Öland for roughly one week each July, making it a rare and seasonal opportunity.

No experience is needed. You’re strapped to a certified instructor who handles everything — you just enjoy the 15-minute scenic flight up, the breathtaking freefall, and the peaceful parachute glide back to earth. The panoramic views over Öland, the Kalmar Strait, and the Swedish mainland are unforgettable.
